As soon as you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us that we have received your order. At this stage please note that this offer from you to by our product(s) will be reviewed before being accepted. All orders are subject to availability. If available the order will be accepted by us, and we will proceed to dispatch the product and confirm such dispatch by sending you a Dispatch Confirmation email. We will not process your order until payment has been received in full. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation and relates only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed.
When making an order request you accept that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.
If you make a mistake with your order, you may be able to rectify that by email to us prior to your order being processed. If your order has already been processed you will be unable to amend your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return a product to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
At all times, we reserve the right to refuse any order made by you for any reason.
If you are a European Economic Area (EAA) customer you have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your Items by post within 28 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. To do so, you must inform us of your wish to cancel by writing to our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please remember to include your order reference number, name, and address. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We will refund a proportion of the delivery charges you paid up to the cheapest and most common method of delivery available to you at the time.
We have made every effort to display the product colours accurately on this website, but please note that we cannot guarantee that individual computers’ displays accurately reflect the products. Your products may vary slightly from the images.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all sizes and measurements, details, descriptions and prices of products are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to refuse orders where information about products has been erroneous, including without limitation to prices and promotions. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer and the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.
Prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. Please note that the prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the website and not through any other source. The price of a product does not include delivery and returns charges. You will be provided with details of our delivery charges during the order process. Please note that whilst we make every effort to ensure website content including descriptions of products and associated services (such as shipping, payment terms, offers and promotions and delivery timescales) are accurate, the website may at times contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. We therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Where this affects an order that you have already placed we will notify you of the error if it will impact upon your order. We reserve the right not to fulfil any orders that you have placed based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies.
The prices payable for the products are clearly advertised on the Website. The prices include VAT (or relevant sales tax where applicable) at the current rate for which we are responsible as a seller. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in advance. Only one promotion code can be used per order. Promotion codes cannot be applied during sale.
Payment shall be made by methods detailed on the website and transactions will not be considered complete until we have received cleared funds for the full amount on the order.
Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Electron and Laser Card. We also accept payments via PayPal.
All credit & debit transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment then you will be notified of this at the check-out stage, or shortly after placing your order.
Our site contains many products and although unlikely, it is possible that despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that. In the unlikely event that a Product's price is incorrect on the website, the necessary billing adjustments will be made. We will always contact you to communicate such changes. Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which have been accepted and dispatched.
Delivery charges are additional to the prices of the products you are purchasing. The amount of the delivery charge will depend on your chosen delivery option.
Please be aware of additional charges when ordering form overseas. Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to Customs & Import Charges. Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control of these charges as they must be paid by the customer. We strongly advise that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. It is your responsibility to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
It is your responsibility to provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. If you supply us with ambiguous, inaccurate or incomplete delivery details we are not liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person.
We will do our utmost best to deliver goods within the estimated windows. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Please keep in mind that deliveries may take longer during sale or other busy periods (e.g. Black Friday). We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales.
We are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow an extra working day for each of these days when calculating the estimated delivery date and when choosing your delivery option.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product(s) to us in their original condition (unused with no signs of staining or wear and with all tags attached) within 14 days (UK and Ireland customers) or 28 days (International customers) of receipt together with the dispatch note. We aim issue a full refund. You will be notified of the process via email. Please note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account.
You should return products in their original packaging wherever possible. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage products after dispatch from us and prior to return form you such as but not limited to in transit.
If you receive a faulty item please return to us within 30 days of receipt and keep proof of postage. Please remember to get in touch via email prior to returning and a member of our team will response as soon as possible.
We strive to process refunds soonest. On rare occasions, it may take up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed after receipt of your returns. In the unlikely event that you have not been refunded after
