Orders are processed on working days (excludes weekends or bank holidays). Once your products have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. We promise to do our very best to get your parcel sent out asap! Occasionally extreme weather conditions will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep any delays to the absolute minimum. We cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product(s) to us in their original condition (unused with no signs of staining or wear and with all tags attached) within 14 days (UK and Ireland customers) or 28 days (International customers) of receipt together with the dispatch note. We aim issue a full refund. You will be notified of the process via email. Please note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account.

You should return products in their original packaging. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage products after dispatch from us and prior to return form you such as but not limited to in transit.

If you receive a faulty item please return to us within 30 days of receipt and keep proof of postage. Please remember to get in touch via email prior to returning and a member of our team will response as soon as possible.

We strive to process refunds soonest. On rare occasions, it may take up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed after receipt of your returns. In the unlikely event that you have not been refunded after 15 days, please contact us at info@cherrycherry.com.
